Yes – the same hair and make-up artist will do your wedding and the trial.

You do not have to go ahead with the booking if you decide not to use us. You need to let us know if you did not want to go ahead after the trial. If we have not heard from you within 7 days after the trial, we will take it that you want to go ahead with us for your wedding day. After this time you cannot cancel.

You should have a trial 8-12 weeks before your wedding day. You can have it earlier if you have your veil or tiara already.

It depends on what we try out, but typically for the bride only, about 2 hours for full hair and make-up.

You will need all the wedding day items you want to put in your hair and images of anything you like so we can discuss how this will work for your wedding day look.

The payment information is listed in full on our booking form. The trial needs to be paid at the trial and then the wedding day payment is due 7 working days before your wedding day. You can pay by bank transfer, Google payment or direct to the hair and make-up artist.

We use high quality, professional beauty products including Mac, Stila, Laura Merica, Bobbi Brown and Channel.

All the products we use are hypo-allergenic, so are unlikely to cause you a problem.

If you have fine hair you should wash it on the morning of the wedding. If your hair is thicker, you should wash it the day before your wedding.

We will travel up to 40 minutes to weddings within Surrey, Hampshire or Berkshire without an additional charge. If you are further away than 40 minutes, then you will be charged 45p per mile.
